Montmorency Falls, Quebec, photographed in black-and-white infrared film with a Hasselblad 500CM. The infrared rendering transforms the surrounding summer foliage into luminous white tones, framing the dark cliffs and the long, flowing exposure of the waterfall. The suspension bridge crossing above the falls provides a delicate geometric counterpoint to the immense scale and movement of the water.
